GOVIN Academy(Singapore) signs MOU with VELS University (Chennai, India) to offer one of the first Certification and Diploma programs in Bio-Entrepreneurship, Technopreneurship & Innovation management. In addition, GOVIN Academy will set up a world-class “Technology Accelerator” to seed state-of-the-art technology Start-Ups and organize “Boot Camps in Venture Financing & Private Equity” in VELS University, Chennai, India.
