PO1: At the end of the three year Bachelors in Business Administration program, students would gain a thorough grounding in the fundamentals of business management.
PO2: The industry and entrepreneurship oriented curriculum offers a number of specializations and practical exposures which would equip the student to face the contemporary challenges in the field.
PO3: The holistic outlook of the program with a number of value based and personality development courses ensures that students are groomed into up-to-date, assertive and effective business executives with strong leadership skills and social consciousness.
PSO1: Students will acquire and demonstrate analytical and problem solving skills within various disciplines of management, business, accounting, economics, finance, and marketing.
PSO2: Students will be able to identify characteristics and roles of leader, managers, group roles, which will help students to possess effective communication skills and to respond appropriately when confronted with moral and ethical dilemmas and exhibit rational behaviour.
PSO3: Students will be able to demonstrate proficiency with the ability to engage in critical thinking by analyzing situations and constructing and selecting viable solutions to solve problems and apply appropriate problem solving and decision making skills in business decisions.
PSO4: Students will acquire the communication, research and technological skills needed to analyze a business situation (problem and opportunity) and prepare and present a management report and take strategic decisions.
PSO5: Students will engage in at least one internship or service learning experience to demonstrate relevancy of foundational and theoretical knowledge of their academic major and to gain career related experiences.
